Section D1: Doggy Dress Ups             

Class 801: Entry: $1.00 (Members); $1.50 (non Members); Children Free
Prizes: 1st $10.00; 2nd $5.00; 3rd $2.50 + Certificates
11am—area to be advised on Show Day
This competition is open to all ages.  Dogs will be asked to parade around the designated area on a lead to show off their   costume and finery.  Competition open to all dogs.  All dogs not competing must be on a lead with a handler in the marshalling area.  Only one dog may be in the competition area at any one time.  Enquiries to Lynn Elder 0429 507 649.
 

Section D2: Small Dog Dash            

Entry: $1.50 (Members); $2.00 (non-Members); Children Free. Prizes: 1st $10.00; 2nd $5.00; 3rd $2.50 + Certificates
11am—area to be advised on Show Day
 This competition is open to all ages and array of pets.  All pets must be on a lead or contained in a suitable cage with the handler in the marshalling.  Enquiries to Lynn Elder 0429 507 649.

Any mishandling or misuse of a dog will incur immediate disqualification.  If, in the opinion of the Steward/s a dog is unsafe to other competitors or the general public, it will be withdrawn from any competition.

Section D4: Dog High Jump             Sponsor: Mal Ryan & Glen  

Class 804: Entry: $1.50 (Members); $2.00 (non-Members); Children Free    11am—area to be advised on Show Day
Steward:  TBC    Prizes to be awarded.
 This competition is a test of the dog’s jumping ability.  Competition open to all dogs.  The dog is permitted to jump onto or over the jump.  All dogs not competing must be on a lead with a handler in the marshalling area.  Only one dog may be loose in the competition area at any one time.  There must be a handler at the top of the jump to act as a catcher if necessary and a handler as a catcher at the bottom. The dog’s owner must supply one extra handler.  A ladder will be provided for the handler.  Each dog is allowed three attempts at each height.  In the event of 2 dogs jumping the same height, the winner shall be determined as the dog who took the least number of attempts for the winning height.  A dog may compete on a loose lead.  Winners eligible for State Competition.
