Trade Space 2025 Mansfield Show
Application Process
Exhibitors are welcome to apply to have a Trade Stand at the Mansfield Show on 15 November 2025. We have a variety of spaces available. Minimum space is 4mx4m with some powered sites. We aim to only have 1-2 vendors with the same products to give everyone a fair chance to have a successful Show Day. Copies of relevant insurances must be provided at the time of application. Prices and other details are contained on the downloadable Form. Please note the Showman's Guild restrictions on the second page of the form. Trade Space applicants will be advised if successful prior to show.

TRADERS PLEASE NOTE:
- The Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society requests that all trade space exhibitors arrive no later than 8am on show day and report to the Secretary’s office to be directed by the grounds steward to their allocated site. Please note that you will not be allowed entry after 8am and only the site size booked will be available for use. There will be no flexibility on Show day to accommodate alterations.
- If arriving on the day prior to the show please notify the Show Office on 0429 507 649 to arrange entry to the grounds and site allocation.
- All vehicles must be parked in designated trade space parking area if not being used as part of display. They must display pass to gain access to trade space parking area.
- All health and OHS requirements must be observed.
