The Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society is excited to take their annual Photographic Competition online in 2020.
The competition is open for entries from 6:00am October 1st 2020, and closes 10:00pm November 22nd 2020.
HOW TO ENTER
1. Go to the 2020 Photographic Competition page by clicking HERE or via the Mansfield A&P Society Facebook page HERE .
2. Follow all the instructions contained on the competition page itself.
The 2020 Photographic Competition categories and classes are as follows.
Competition categories:

CHILDREN (under 18 years of age)
ADULT (AMATEUR & PROFESSIONAL)
Prizes:
Children (U18): 1st place $50, Runner up $10 (in each Class)
Adult Amateur: 1st place $100, Runner up $25 (in each Class)
Adult Professional: 1st place $100, Runner up $25 (in each Class)
Entry fees (inc. GST):
Children $2.00 per image
Adults (Amateur & Professional) $5.00 per image

The competition uses a platform best accessed via a laptop or desktop PC to allow for upload of high quality digital image files. Judging:
Final judging will be conducted by a panel of professional photographers from outside Mansfield.
The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be announced early December 2020.

COMPETITION RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- A person may enter a maximum of 3 images.
- The competition is open to the people who live in the Shire of Mansfield.
- Images for the category 'Animals in Action' to have been taken in the year November 2019 to November 2020. (This is to allow winning entries to be submitted in Victorian Agricultural Show Group Competition).
- The competition is open for entries from 6:00am October 1st 2020, competition closes 10:00pm November 21st 2020.
- Uploaded images should be no larger than 1MB in file size.
- Entries must be the original work and bona fide property of the entrant.
- The Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society retains the right to publish any submitted photo on the www.mansfieldaandpsociety.com.au website, in electronic and printed promotional material for the Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society and the competition, as well as exhibition spaces. No payment will be made for the use of the copyright.
- Entrants shall allow their photo to be displayed on the Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society website www.mansfieldaandpsociety.com.au and Mansfield Agricultural and Pastoral Society Facebook page for the duration of the competition. Winning photographs will be displayed on the website at the conclusion of the competition.
- Entrants accept and acknowledge that their work may be reproduced in local and national publications promoting the Mansfield A&P Society and the competition.
- Entrants accept that their images may be reproduced for the purpose of an exhibition of winning images if the Mansfield A&P Society wish to do so at a future date.
- Copyright ownership in all of the photographs entered will remain with the photographer.
- Any photographs that are watermarked will not be accepted.
