Exhibits must be dropped off before 6pm Thursday 16 November for judging Friday 17 November. Exhibits will receive every care and attention. All exhibits must be modern, unwashed and never worn. Badly soiled articles will not be judged. All exhibits must be completed within the last 12 months and be the work of the exhibiting child. Exhibit tickets are to be attached via safety pin or staple with name, age, DOB, and phone number on the back. Schools submitting “group entries” must clearly adhere to the Class/es below to ensure the items are judged in the relevant Class and that items are clearly identifiable as belonging to that Class.
PLEASE ENSURE the age and birth date of the child is written on the back of each entry ticket, NO EXCEPTIONS.
