Grounds Hire & Facilities Fees & Application Forms
Fees:
Overall Grounds (excluding sand arena) - $800 per day*
Main pavilion - $390 per day*
Luncheon pavilion - $210 per day*
* Please note: $80 cleaning to be added. Owing to the impact of COVID and community health directives cleaning before and after events has imposed additional costs. This applies to pavilion hire above.
Grass Arena (oval) - $225 per day
Sand Arena (plus facility fee) - $105 per day
Sand Arena (plus facility fee) - $65 per 4-hour block
Facility Fee (for all horse usage of sand arena) - $5 per horse
Casual Hall Hire Insurance - $125 per day.
Event-based/private group camping (includes toilets and showers) powered site - $25 per night
Event-based/private group camping (includes toilets and showers) non-powered site - $15 per night
Horse Yard Hire - $10 per yard
Bins - Waste disposal to be organised through Mansfield Shire.

Please note we have limited camping available for those wanting to camp with their horse/s or for large motor homes.
