Grounds Hire & Facilities Fees & Application Forms
Fees:
Overall Grounds (excluding sand arena) - $830 per day
Main pavilion- $390 per day (additional cleaning fee applies)
Luncheon pavilion - $220 per day (additional cleaning fee applies)
Grass Arena (oval) - $150 per day
BOND FOR ALL BUILDING AND GROUNDS HIRE: - $400
Sand Arena (plus facility fee) - $150 per day
Sand Arena (plus facility fee) - $80 per 4-hour block
Facility Fee (for all horse usage of sand arena) - $5 per horse
Casual Hall Hire Insurance - $125 per day.
Event-based/private group camping (includes toilets and showers) powered site - $30 per night
Event-based/private group camping (includes toilets and showers) non-powered site - $15 per night
Horse Yard Hire - $10 per yard
Bins - Waste disposal carry out or contact JJ Richards (02) 6056 3444.
